Return & Refund Policy

You can return or exchange most items within 6 days.

You must contact us within 3 days using our returns form and an additional 3 days to return all unused items, together with the receipt or dispatch note. All items should be returned to us in their original packaging with tags still attached and unused. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You may return your purchased item and be eligible for a refund as long as it meets the following criteria:

  • The item delivered is not what you ordered.
  • It is not an Again item (i.e. second-hand), unless the item is not the item you ordered for, or not as described. Please see further notes on Again items below.
  • It is within 3 days of delivery date.
  • The item is in its original packaging, together with original tags.
  • Clothing items must be unworn.
  • It is not a health and personal care item (e.g. lingerie, earrings, jewelry, etc.). This is due to hygiene issues.
  • You must complete the return form, and this form should accompany your return, along with your proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch note)

The Again & Bargain Store doesn't accept returns of the following items:

  • Again items (second-hand items), unless the item is not what you ordered for, or not as described.
  • Health and personal care items (e.g. lingerie, earrings, jewelry)
  • Items that have the “Not returnable item” within their description.

Further Notes on Products Marked as “Again” Items (second-Hand Items)

Pictures of our items are NOT photographically enhanced to make them more attractive, and are represented as they are. You have the option to physically view your items at the shop before purchasing to avoid any issues with style, age, condition, etc.

Again Items are secondhand and in used condition. Please don’t expect brand new items unless stated otherwise.

10.00am – 5.00pm Saturday

Refund Process

All items returned are thoroughly inspected and we are unable to accept items back to us that do not have their tags attached, or where there is visible evidence that clothing items have been worn, have perfume, deodorant scent or any makeup marks. We advise when trying please ensure that you are not wearing any makeup or anything that may leave a scent. We recommend that items are returned by track-able delivery as the item/s is your responsibility until they have been received by us. We are unable however, to refund any delivery costs but we will issue a full refund of the amount of the product, or happily exchange the item for a different size or color (subject to availability).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, using your preferred method of refund as indicated in your submitted return form.
